Every wallet in the GT Rebel series is built from Carbitex Omniflex (CX6) flexible carbon fiber, K-Leather (kangaroo leather, ethically sourced in Australia) and Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium hardware with DLC coating. RFID Data Armor shielding is integrated into every model, with Dyneema laser-cut ripstop lining on both sides of the bill pocket. The result is a slim wallet that bends like leather, springs back without cracking, and keeps its profile permanently.

Why choose flexible carbon over a rigid case?

Most carbon fiber wallets are either rigid plates or a printed carbon look over plastic. A rigid wallet protects cards but never moulds to your pocket, and a printed one gives you the appearance of carbon with none of the performance. A flexible one does both jobs at once. It holds structure under a full load of cards, so it resists the stretch and swell that turn a leather bifold into a brick within a year, yet it bends with your body and disappears in a front or back pocket, as a minimalist wallet should, without giving up bills or capacity. Every model carries RFID Data Armor, so your contactless cards stay unreadable without a separate sleeve.

Two carry architectures

• Strike Series is the full-size horizontal bifold for back pocket or jacket carry. Four configurations: Core, Lite, Pro, Elite. 55 to 74 g.

Is the carbon fiber real?

Yes. Every COLDFIRE wallet uses genuine Carbitex OmniFlex (CX6) flexible carbon fiber, the same class of material used in high-performance sports equipment and performance footwear. It is not a carbon print or a vinyl wrap.

Are these wallets RFID-protected?

Yes. Full-spectrum RFID and NFC blocking is built into the structure of every wallet through RFID Data Armor, with no removable insert and no separate sleeve.

Will a slim wallet still hold bills?

Yes. The Strike series and Flex One carry both cards and banknotes. EUR notes fit full size and USD notes fold once, while the wallet stays slim when loaded.

How durable is carbon fiber in daily carry?

Very. The CX6 layer is tested through 10,000+ flex cycles without cracking or losing shape, the Grade 5 titanium hardware is DLC-coated against scratches and corrosion, and the Dyneema lining protects the interior at its highest-friction points. That is why every model carries a 5-year guarantee covering stretching, swelling and loss of shape under normal use.

Carbon fiber vs aluminum: what is the difference?

Aluminum wallets are rigid cases built around a mechanism, a fan-out lever or a pop-up trigger, which is also their weak point: moving parts wear out. COLDFIRE uses flexible carbon fiber as a structural textile over K-Leather instead. There is no mechanism to fail, the wallet keeps the hand-feel of real leather, and it bends with your pocket instead of pressing against it.

How thin can a carbon wallet be?

The Strike bifolds close at 6 mm, the Flex One at 5.5 mm, and the Scout One sleeve at 5 mm and 25 g. More importantly, they stay that thin: because neither the carbon layer nor K-Leather stretches, the loaded profile does not creep over time the way leather does.
