We stand behind every wallet we make. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving it — no questions asked.
This exceeds the minimum 14-day right of withdrawal required under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

| ·In original packaging with all included accessories |
| ·Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery |
Items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or not in original condition may not qualify for a full refund. We will notify you before processing any partial refund.

| ·We strongly recommend a trackable shipping service. COLDFIRE is not responsible for items lost in return transit. |
| ·For defective or incorrectly sent items, we will provide a prepaid return label. |
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a product defect.
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law (Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771/EU):

| ·Available remedies: repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund |
All COLDFIRE products carry a commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended warranty applies to the following:

The warranty covers material and workmanship defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
The following are excluded from returns (where permitted by law):

| ·Items returned after the 30-day window without a valid warranty or defect claim |
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
