Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability or suspected fraud.
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and USDC stablecoin via Shopify Payments.

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are pre-paid by COLDFIRE — you will not face additional charges at delivery.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. COLDFIRE voluntarily extends this to 30 calendar days for all customers worldwide.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without reference to conflict of laws principles. For consumers in the EU, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
